Unable to install Service Desk module:

I am not sure why this error is coming up and was hoping someone could help.

I am demo'ng OpenERP and every time I install the Service Desk (community module or any community module) I get the error below. I am using Windows Server 2012 64Bit. It also happens when I try to Update Modules List. I am very new to OpenERP so if you know why this is happening, please break it down for me. Forgive my ifnorance.

Ashish,

I am not a programmer but it appears there’s an open and close bracket. Line 260 started with control = {x.sla_line_id.id: x

Then line 261 has: for x in doc.sla_control_ids}

If I remove } and replace it with a colon, won’t it leave the line open?
