TypeError: float() argument must be a string or a number

I want to add a computation in purchase.order.line using the existing onchange_product_id but I'm getting with an error of this:  TypeError: float() argument must be a string or a number I need help please i dont know what to do with this. here's my code:

Hi,

Please make sure that the parameters between calling of the on change (might be in xml)  and python function. Those all (xml) parameters are mapped with right parameters into python code.

I have also seen another question which is also regarding this issue. https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/typeerror-unsupported-operand-type-s-for-dict-and-float-65075

So, based on this I can assume that In the argument "rss_l" or "rss_w" is contain the dictonary instead of any numeric value.

So, please confirm those argument first.
