I have a question about email marketing Odoo (mass_mailing)

to set email send limit per hour?

odoo send email ok!! but my smtp provider blocks because of the large amount of email sent per hour/minute

I looked in the forum and github did not find how it is done

I do recommend to look for a specialized bulk email service provider such as Sendgrid, Amazon SES and others.

another important point

for example if you have a list of more than 300 contacts

and send them in a few seconds there will be a problem with your IP and few emails arrive at the destination

I'm using Odoo with Amazon SES since almost 4 years and I do not have any problems. I do not have problems with my IP and all emails get delivered.

But Odoo is open source and if throttling of emails is so important to you, you are free to develop a module with the corresponding functionality.
