I would like to records products used on a
project for internal use. The logic to track the move from inventory
warehouse to the project being as there are consumables. So when adding a
project l would also like to be able to add the products l use in a
project and that should be subtracted from the stock in the warehouse
inventory. So at the end l should be able to give a report on the number
of products used per project. All of this is being done on Odoo 11.

Here you can add a custom filter products and group it.
if to be shown as pdf report the product should be set as stockable.

If you need to move products from warehouses they must be set to stockable, not consumable
