Some orders not moving to done

What is the difference between an order status 'sales order' and one that is done?

Why do some orders stay in status 'sales order' even though there is a paid invoice?

Hello Mark,

I just tested that statuses of Sales orders:

'Sales order' status indicates that Invoice have been Issued to a Customer.

'Done' status means that Invoice have been issued AND Products have been delivered to a Customer + Invoice have been paid.  (if there is a service sold it is enough to have invoice issued and paid)

Some orders stay in status 'sales order' even though there is a paid invoice if Products have not been Delivered to a Customer.
