Hi everyone, 

I have and issue hopping anyone can help me:

1. I buy 1,000 products in China. 

2. I get confirmation from China about how many products (quantity) i will receive (within a month)

3. I receive those products in a virtual location (in that way, my team (all my salespersons) know how much quantity will arrive 

Note: To to this, i need to specify some series but i don't know them until they arrive to my warehouse. 

4. When my products arrive to my warehouse,  now i have to specify all the series for my 1,000 products 

i'll appreciate if someone can give me a clue about how to do this for the best way
