Hi,

I'm evaluating OpenERP, but i need to overcome an issue i face with the products manufactured and supplied with different brand / OEM options.

We supply Product A as OEM, so Product A can be purchased by a customer with brand A, B, C, etc. This means product A will be supplied with branded labels, boxes and documentation. We need to account for inventory and costs associated with the branding purchased / supplied for product A.

I understand I could setup multiple BOM;s for product A, but this would be cumbersome, and we would have to introduce multiple part numbers for product A, depending on branding.

I would be grateful if anyone could provide any assistance on this matter?
