The Opportunity's Stage process is missing after i installed the Contact Us Form Module.

If i delete all the stages under Sale > Configuration > Leads and Opportunities > Stages and recreate them , the Opportunity's Stage re-appear again. Is that any relations that i might missed out ? Any solution to fix this bug ?
