OpenERP unable to connect after domain name change

We have recently changed our server domain name from saishraddha.com to rawedge.in As a result of this change we are now unable to connect openERP. We do not have any backup Please guide us as to how we can restore connection to OpenERP service or restore our whole database

OK what are you changed Domain name in ERP and DNS server..

Importend is, that DNS server resolve the adress to the same IP as befor. in ERP you have to change in settings the base.url to the new Domain name.

To fix it now. add in your Host file on local Computer the old DNS name with the IP Adress.

213.140.10.xx myhostname.domain.com

After add this ping your Domain instant old Address to test is resolved right. now login to erp and change in settings/parameters/system parameters/ the key web.base.url

After this Change delete your entry in host file and connect with your now domain name.
