OpenERP license and support terms clarifications ?

Hi all,

I have been surprised over a scenario which i am dealing with currently. Any any reply from Direct OpenERP team or experts would be more helpful for us to decide.

The situation here is, we need to install and implement openerp for our own company (we are not going to distribute or resell the system to any one). So we thought of going with the community version available free to download, install, configure and use it. Minor customization would be done by our IT team. Later when once we have done everything we would like to have a enterprise support from OpenERP directly based on the number of users we use. Saas model of OpenERP. Here is were we could not find the answer. Does can Openerp will support the installation and customization done by us ? if yes ok or if no what would be an alternate solution for paid support ?
