We have an instance of Odoo v9c and have issues with Odoo trying to continually download emails and over the last 2 weeks has downloaded over 200GB of data from a mailbox that barely has 1GB.
Server 2012 clean VM
Email with Microsoft Online (from Telstra AU)
The server is continually downloading 2GB per hour via port 995.
Any advise where we should start investigating?
