I'm trying to install addons from the OCA Wheelhouse (https://wheelhouse.odoo-community.org/oca/) and I get the following error:

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement odoo<10.1dev,>=10.0 (from odoo10-addon-account-bank-statement-import-ofx==10.0.1.0.0.99.dev3) (from versions: )No matching distribution found for odoo<10.1dev,>=10.0 (from odoo10-addon-account-bank-statement-import-ofx==10.0.1.0.0.99.dev3)

I seem to be having a conflict with versioning however I'm not sure how to resolve or if there are other links that I should be using.  Any guidance?
