Payment reminders can be set up and edited through the web interface under Accounting / Config : Follow-up Levels. There I have edited (and saved) the texts of the reminder emails & PDF letters.
However in the PDF letters that are generated with these texts, no white lines are displayed. In other words, white lines, nor
or /n don't seem to have any effect, other then printing in black the characters that I may put there.
Do you have any idea how I could make the white lines show up in the corresponding PDF letter? It looks rather ugly right now :(
I did have a look in the RML report in account_followup but it just presents the textblock that is edited in the web interface.
