NO handler found openerp 7

I am new in openerp 7, when i run i got "NO handler found" could you please help me. Here is the detail  from the command prompt

The `web` module is provided by the addons found in the `openerp-web` project.
Maybe you forgot to add those addons in your addons_path configuration.

Hi,

your file : /home/dave/workspace/Openerp/openerp/openobject-addons/account/partner.py

is the same as: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/7.0/addons/account/partner.py  ?

Can you post the whole line error, because:

File "/home/dave/workspace/Openerp/openerp/openobject-addons/account/partner.py", line 222, in res_partner
    required=True),
