I use HR recruitment module in OPENERP and multi compagny (on the same base) to manage recruitment process

when i create one applicant (candidat) in one compagny, then how i can move the applicant to an other one ?

for example : i create applicant "toto" in compagny "brest". Then i d like to move "toto" to compagny "quimper", how i can do that ?
