Missing QTY On Hand Issue

We recieved an item QTY 38, once recieved, we did an internal move, and now when we look at inventory it shows QTY 0.

However if i go to Warehouse/Locations/select the bin and then click on stock by location, then i do find the items

Please help me out

I do have a similar issue. After confirming a purchase order, the Incoming Quantity of the product variant remain at 0 and after receiving the shipment the Available Quantity stay at 0. I am using the simplest WMS with only supplier location and WH/Stock location (I however activated lot traceability) on Odoo v8. What could I have forgotten, made wrong?
