Please provide information about how I can re-configure my http://Help.OpenERP.Com account to include the name of the person providing the answer instead of their number.
Since this has never been improved, I"m wondering if somebody thinks this:

1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
I wonder if it is by design that user IDs are used instead of user names?
Comments used to have number instead of name and sometime in the last little while the wonderful programmers at Help.OpenERP.com incanted and names have started to appear on comments instead of user_id. There is hope that the same thing will occur with noreply@openerp.com email, too.
