I setup Odoo9 or even Odoo8 and all seems working fine, but every now and then it would have this problem which I do not have a way to resolve.
It's on Ubuntu 14
Any kind souls here know how to resolve this issue? (Refer to image below)

It looks like nodejs and less are not properly installed, but I do not understand why it happens only occasionally.
