I have been trying to figure out the inner logic of how the relationships between department members and managers are presented in OpenERP Human Resources.
Example: Department X has one employee Y who is responsible for managing things on that department but Y is also employee of that department. So in terms of OpenERP is Y Manager of a department X? Or is the manager of Y (who is not part of department X) the manager of department X?
