Import is visible (in products,Users,SO,PO, etc..) only if we are activated developer mode,
Import is getting invisible initially when logged in, After Activating to developer mode,then import is visible.
How To resolve this?

We can change visibily of import/export
Navigation "/Settings/Configuration/General Settings"
In General settings form enable or disable check box as per your need
Import / Export Allow users to import data from CSV files

Hi Narayanamurthy, Cross check again Allow users to import data from CSV files should be unchecked if it is unchecked still able to see import then do one thing Uninstall the base import modules then you won't find the import option for the openERP records Thanks,
