You can create scheduler in OpenERP from settings menu.

The openerp version that I am running is 6.0, I can create a scheduler from (Admin --> Configuration --> Scheduler). But how to assign this scheduler to payslip in the HR? I searched a lot in the HR but did not find. Is there a special module for this? Or, from where I can do this?
