Hi Pascal,
For now it is not possible. The examples you see in the forum were done before odoo abandoned the previous forum software and wrote their own from scratch. They block all the HTML tags that would permit this and do not have a way to add the tags via their editor.
The best you can do is make a github request to have the features added. I personally would like to be able add blocks of proportional text.
And another handy thing to know is how they make those blocks to put code in too to be honest. Would love to know both of them!
