I am using openERP V7 in ubuntu 12.04/
I have a manager M1 and under him 3 employees emp1, emp2 and emp3 in department d1 under sales
and another manager M2, with under him emp4, emp5 and emp6 in department d2 under sales
I wish restrict M1 to just see leads of himself and emp1, emp2 and emp3; and manager m2 to only be able to see the leads of himself and his team.
I tried the following:
First navigating to
Setting >> users >> groups >> sales/manager >> rules
Then assigning a rule to object crm.lead >> or >>lead/opportunity
The rule is as follows:
However, logging in as manager m1 and selecting leads or opportunities gives me the following error:
OpenERP Server Error Client Traceback (most recent call last): File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/http.py", line 203, in dispatch response["result"] = method(self, **self.params) File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/controllers/main.py", line 1055, in search_read return self.do_search_read(req, model, fields, offset, limit, domain, sort) File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/controllers/main.py", line 1078, in do_search_read req.context) File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/session.py", line 43, in proxy result = self.proxy.execute_kw(self.session._db, self.session._uid, self.session._password, self.model, method, args, kw) File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/session.py", line 31, in proxy_method result = self.session.send(self.service_name, method, *args) File "/opt/openerp/server/openerp/addons/web/session.py", line 104, in send raise xmlrpclib.Fault(openerp.tools.ustr(e), formatted_info)
Have you come across this before? Is there a way to fix this error?
