i have very slow internet connection and everytime i try to install openerp from bzr launchpad it faild and give error of accessing to internet. now i got the openerp complete package from a friend of mine in flash. how can i install it from USB Flash directly to Ubuntu Server?

It should be no different -
Just search google for how to install Openerp - their are many better guides than I could do here!
When you get to the download bit just copy it from your USB
the problem is that i don't know the terminal commend how to copy it. and than i used/found cp from internet but it says you don't have permission to access to openerp folder.
