Hi we have a situation where the website is of wordpress and contact form email is used to generate lead. Now it successfully add lead from an email but the problem is that there are two kinds of emails to assigned to two different teams. THe CRM is allowing 1 email to generate leads, now If we differentiate the incoming emails the only option we are left with is to segregate it via subject line or sender email address. But the question is how to design a server action to do the job.
