I need to edit at once a same added same block (on top of the footer) on all pages of my website. What is the way to do it ? To do it I think that there was the function edit master on V8 that I don't find on the V10.

"Edit Master" only appears if you want to edit your website while having selected a non-default language. Did you just try to edit your footer? If you edit the footer once, it should be changed on every page, that is the purpose of a footer.
@Ermin Trevisan How can I edit the footer? It looks like drag and drop doesn't work. Do you mean edit with the integrated html editor?
Both. There are snippets you can drag and drop to the footer, other's not, for that case you use the HTML editor, or even better, create a module to make it update-safe.
