I try to configure Odoo 7 to send and receive email by our MS Exchange server but it doesn't work.
I dont know how to do.
I choose : IMAP server
ip address of mail server
port : 993
SSL/TLS : on
User and pwd : Mine (just for test). domaine\account name
If I put
But openERP says "Connection test failed ! 110 Connection aborted by timeout"
What can I do ?
There must be a basic error which you are experiencing while configuring the mail. You should consult an Exchange specialist in this regard, or go through some resources. While configuration, you should also take note of how to authenticate your Exchange communication, so that you get full benefit of it.
