Doing some research I was able to find the setup for automatic notification on processes, unfortunately the form is a bit raw and would like to knw where can I get more documentation on how to configure these notifications.
I need technical features enabled and go to Settings -> technical -> Automated actions
I then need to choose a Related Document Model and from that I can generate the notifications/actions.
I would need to generate a notification on close by the sales department.
