How to activate a Credit Limit check in Version 9?

In v8 it was possible to add a condition in the sales workflow to implement a credit limit check. In v9 the sales work flow is not available any longer... 

So has anyone activated a credit limit check in version 9? The sale should not be confirmed when total amount of receivables + amount of the new quotation is greater than the credit limit.
