You can create a boolean field in res.users object which will be checked (True) if user has loggedin and will be unchecked (False) if user has logged out.

How can I automatically set it?What if the users just closed it's browser without logging out.

For this you have to develop a custom module and with js, you can handle browser close event.

There isn't any module available that provide you list of logged in users. OpenEPR only records last login date in database and not logout_date.
