The Norwegian chart of accounts was very recently (late Dec 2013) published as a community module. It is located here: openerp.com/apps/7.0/l10n_no/ This made me want to use it for my company.

How can I install it onto my OpenERP instance?

I'm using a BitNami vmware-image at the moment and have root access to the linux server. I have tried placing the l10n_no folder into /opt/bitnami/openerp/lib/openerp.egg/openerp/addons/l10n_no

The Norwegian chart of accounts does not show up under Settings -> Accounting -> Set up Chart Of Accounts, or in the modules list.

What am I missing here?

Also, any word on when the Official OpenERP.com hosting will add Norwegian chart of accounts? Many of my clients wishes to use the OpenERP.com hosting, but can't until they also add the Norwegian translation.
