To find it, I put the revision hash you provided into the following URL:

And then browsed the repository at this point in the history.
I've reviewed the 7.0 branch history and didn't found that commit, I'm not sure to which branch it belongs.

Anyway, the related changes were backported to the 7.0 branch later, on Dec 19, 2014:
