Emails sent to support email address, AND a user email are converted to a ticket but not routed to the users inbox.
when customer sends an email to me and cc as some other users mail in my group, the support ticket is creating in my application and also showing that user also recieved the mail. But the actual problem is when user login with his credentials, In messages mail is not showing.
plz help me the coding part... Is any one faced the same problem?
