E-Mails sent into a project just does not appear

Hey there,

my colleage just sent 18 emails to our email alias for a project. But. There are only 9 new tasks created. I can 

confirm that all the 18 mails show up when I log into the email alias account. Then I can see all his 18 mails in the

inbox of the alias account. But it seems as if not all of the mails are even fetched by odoo. That's kind of confusing, because it's

very random. The emails which are fetched and which are not feched do not have anything in common to say ok, it's because one has a

signature and the other ones don't. I just can not tell why these mails are not fetched. Also when I have a look under Technical -> E-Mail -> Messages I can see that only 9 mails are received by odoo. that's not what's the case in the email inbox. 

Shouldn't IMAP fetch them all?
