where I can download all module(apps) for openerp v7?
its quite annoying for downloading one by one since I need a lots of modules to download.

Check Odoo in github [1]. This code repository include modules in folder addons. As far as I remember, Odoo package usually bundled with addons folder which contains a lot of official modules. Check also OCA repository [2] which contains some interesting module that not officially supported by the OpenERP S.A.
