I've been trying to learn how to use the "Todo Lists" module in v7 from this document:

https://doc.openerp.com/v6.1/book/4/4_13_Projects/4_13_Projects_productivity/

But I can't figure it out.  For example, the document says:

"First thing in the morning, select those tasks contained in the current week's timebox that you want to deal with today. These are presented in order of importance and urgency, so you should select the tasks closest to the top of the list."

Where does this take place?  I can't find any grouping of tasks by timebox.  Where can I find the screen from this screenshot:

The screenshot is for v6.1. Grouping are from v7 in top right search box. Just click on the arrow in it to see filter and group by.

In v7 this feature has been replaced by notes in the messaging menu. You can still use tasks for more advanced usage

The entire "Todo Lists" modules was made obsolete in v7 by Notes in the Messaging menu? Does Notes have the same functionality described here: https://doc.openerp.com/v6.1/book/4/4_13_Projects/4_13_Projects_productivity/
