The only Accounting reports I see in Odoo 9 Community Edition are PDF Reports (Accounting > Reporting > PDF Reports). Are there any onscreen reports so I don't have to download a PDF each time?

Hi,
To get the reports in onscreen rather than downloading each time, you just can change the report type from pdf to html, so that report will be opened in the screen.
To change the report type to html,
Activate the developer mode , then settings -> Technical -> report -> report, then select the report and change the type into html.
