Is it possible to compare available hours from an employee to real worked ones?

When I create a new employee I'm able to set how many working hours they have. So let's suppose an employee works 8 hours per day and I want to match these available hours with the ones they really worked. In other words, I want to see if this employee really worked the 8 hours they were supposed to work and how many time they spent in each project.

Thus, if employee Anna created a line in Timesheet app with 4 hours worked in Project A task A1 and 4 hours worked in Project B task B1, she matched the 8 hours she was supposed to do on that day.

Another question related to this one is: how to set available hours for each workday? To calculate the available hours correctly it must be related to a date and not to the timesheet record.
