Cannot Save Mail Template Changes

We are trying to edit the mailing templates for password reset and others using Technical>Email>Templates view in Developer mode. I can click edit and edit certain changes in the tabs. However, any changes I make to the email in code view or in the WYSIWYG editor are removed when I click save. I can change things as much or as little as I want, but save just reverts it back to the default. I've tried duplicating and editing a copy but has the same result. Hoping to change the wording and coloring to match our company better and cannot. 

System: Odoo Enterprise V10 Self-Hosted, Ubuntu 16.04 server

Gregory,

This is not common. Any template will always be editable if it opens editable on debug mode.

The only possibility could be the fact that you have more than 1 languages installed and you are changing the text in diff language than the current user's language. Kindly check and revert.

We currently only have one language (English) installed on our database.
