I have a product Chocolate bar for which I ticked the routes manufacture and make to order. This product contains 3 ingredients for which I ticked the route Buy, and set the minimum stock rule of 2 kg. When I create a new sales order for 100 units I get a manufacturing order that make the raw material quantity drop below the limit, but I don't get a Purchase order. Any thoughts?

Thank you! At what point should I run the scheduler? After I validate the sales order?
There is cron job which run scheduler on time interval (like, every night). The reordering rules are not generate related order instant(if you want instant then you may have to change your config). But you want forcefully/manually then you have to run scheduler manually.

If you set the suppliers for the ingredients, now navigate to Inventory -> Operations -> Run Schedulers. and complete the operation in the wizard.

Please check the product, there is a field to add suppliers. If you forget to add, the PO not triggered.
