Can I have two "Leads" and "Opportunities" to track 2 different email addresses for 2 different processes?
We are using Odoo to track all our incoming Sales emails. New emails create leads which we convert to Opportunities and track them perfectly.
We now want to start doing the same type of tracking for another process on our Supplier side. We have set up a unique id for communication with our suppliers and want to start tracking the progress we make with each supplier (e.g. Initial Contact, Information Exchange, Meeting, Negotiation, Close etc.).
The idea is all mails that come to the Supplier id, automatically create a new "Supplier Lead" which will get converted to a "Supplier Opportunity" which we can track separately.
Any advice will be very appreciated.
