Are you trying to ask, Button in lines (O2M) to be active and clickable before saving the record ?, if so, then the answer is NO...
Untill and unless the child records are saved, buttons will not be ready to perform, and more over for all your button object to perform it requires a ID/ IDS to proceed with its functionality....
