We would like to use project issues for support management. We have support contracts with our clients. Its possible to add incoming mails directly to project issues. How can we limit acces to this feature for clienst with contracts? Is it possible to check automatically whether the mail address is connected with a support contract? Is it possible to connect more than one mail address with a support contract?
What is your best practice for such processes?
