I had a custom module in V7 showing currency in Sales and Purchase Orders, Now I migrated to V8 and It turned out that Currency in PO is there, But not in Sales order. Does anyone know why they didnt add, are they going to add currency in SO, or should I split my Custom Module?

Try using pricelist...
and define currency on pricelist... it will apply on so lines..
