I'm trying to import accounts to the account chart but when I specified the parent id field that take very long time (few days) but when i retire this field in few minute it is done.
Do you know what this bug is due ?

Its advisable to make sure the parent_id/id has been pointing to the id of the existing account. As Ray says, it should be 100s only.
Can you share your CSV file? I've never had ANY import take a few days, at the most 2-3 hours - but that's for 50,000 records. I can't see a Chart containing more than hundreds of accounts per company.
