after installing cancel_journal_entries how can I rectrict access to the function on journal/invoice/bank... forms to e.g. only the financial manager? I could not manage it with groups, models, ...

Set an invisible tag in the XML file of the module that adds the option to the Journal form view, for the field that represents the new checkbox.
If the checkbox is invisible to users who are not in the Financial Manager group, they won't be able to click it.
