4 daemons running for openERP?

I check today with htop in my ubuntu Server 13 the running Dämons/threads. I See that these are 4 times the same openERP pyton thread is running. Exakt same memory usage. After some days they need around 3,5 GB Memory. Is this normal?

That's because you are running Odoo server without workers and that way Odoo could be starving more resources than needed and also using it in that way could get freeze at any moment. You should specify workers options in you Odoo config file to limit the resources.
