Hello @mitra,
No it is not removed some of the reports are only removed. Name of accounting is changed as invoicing.

Goto Invoicing Module-> Click on Accounting from upper accordian column. there you will find the journal entries.
i use community version of odoo 12 maybe that's why i can't see accounting menu in invoicing
