On Odoo 10, I need to send email with portal informations to several customers. But the portal info is allways send to the customer's shipping address instead of customer's address. How can I change that?

You can't : this is a bug in all Odoo version from 8.0 to 12.0 because portal wizard allways grant portal access to child's contacts.
Fix is short and easy, see PR #32851 in Github.
