When you ask for a quotation for a purchase that you want to do, you insert a date when you want to receive the items at latest. When you get a quote from the them they give you an other later date for delivery.. How and where to put this delivery date in the system??
For Version 7.0:
Before confirming/approving the quote, edit the Expected Date field on the Incoming Shipments & Invoices tab.
This is the date that will be stored in the Scheduled Date field on the corresponding Incoming Shipment.
(Don't forget to post which version of OpenERP you are using)
What about if the Supplier had an issue and needs to change the delivery date, where can you change the Scheduled Date field for all products?
The expected date can be changed on the purchase order, but it won't change the incoming shipment. I think it should :(
